Who does this class address to?

This course is for all ladies regardless of age or physical training. This course is designed specifically for women's need and ability to learn simple and effective methods of self defense.You can learn how strategies, tactics and intelligent actions can help out in difficult situations

What will I learn in this course?

This program is designed with the sole purpose of self defense, body movements are simple, short and effective, designed for real combat situations, no rules, trained to the level of reflex action. This course increases the degree of caution, bz attending it you learn to identify and avoid dangerous situations and prepare yourself against physical assaults and violent confrontations. Program Structure

The Special Self Defense Program for Women is structured on three levels of training finalized by exams. The participants who will pass the tests will, no doubt, have better chances of handling an aggression and will receive a Diploma- Certificate of Course Graduation.

  • Level 1 – Basic Self Defense: lasting 12 hours (that is approximately two months of training – with two trainings of 60 minutes a week). This program is also available as an intensive seminar of 2 to 3 days that can be adapted to the needs of a certain group. Variants of basic techniques will be studied, from body language and conflict management to release from grips and strangulation, kicks and counter-attack techniques, as well as legal and psychological aspects related to defending oneself from aggressors.
  • Level 2 – Intermediate: lasting 12 hours (that is approximately two months of training – with two trainings of 60 minutes a week). This program is available only to graduates of Level 1 of basic self defense. The techniques previously learned will be elaborately studied and medium difficulty techniques will be taught.
  • Level 3 – Advanced: lasting 10-12 hours (that is approximately two months of training – with two trainings of 60 minutes a week). This program is available only for graduates of Level 2 – Intermediate course. The techniques previously learned will be elaborately studied and advanced techniques of fight tactics and strategies will be taught.

Location and Equipment

No special equipment is required (a pair of sweats/gym pants, an exchangeable t-shirt and a water bottle are enough). The course will be held at the club location ....... click here to see a map .
